Wilmington, NC-- Cameron Art Museum is pleased to announce its “Now is the Future” Cameron Art Museum Million Match Campaign. Total raised for the campaign to date is over $476,000. This also includes 100% participation from the Museum’s Board of Trustees. Bruce Barclay Cameron Foundation, Inc. will match dollar-for-dollar for up to $1,000,000 during the campaign which ends June 30, 2012. This has the potential, with community support, to bring the Museum’s total for the campaign to $2,000,000. The foundation’s matching funds will be used to support the Museum’s endowment. The community is asked to pledge its support at any level for the continuation and growth of the Museum’s historic, cultural and educational programming through this extraordinary opportunity.
